Marketing research is the first step in developing your marketing strategy. Marketing research tactics consist of demographics, geography, psychographics, customer surveys, and mystery shopping the competition, to name a few.  Once you have this information you can create a differentiation strategy to prove to your customers that your company is different and / or better than the competition.  You must be certain what is important to your customers as well as how you are different from your competition.

Any company can purchase online advertising. This can be costly, and if not done by a professional it can be a complete waste of money. What makes online advertising so effective is its ability to travel everywhere people go online and most importantly to determine your Return on Investment, or ROI. ROI is directly related to your conversion from website visitor to online lead to the sale

What is conversion? There are two types:

1. Traffic Conversion – This is basically when someone clicks on your online ad and visits your website.

2. Customer Conversion – This is when you convert the traffic that is on your website from a “visitor” to a “customer.”

What is social media?

It’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Snapchat just to name a few. There are many social media websites out there. What is more important to your business is how you can leverage social media to drive customers into your doors. It is a question our staff gets asked daily. We manage and consult for a variety of clients that have enormous success integrating social media into their online advertising campaign. Our experts will consult with you and explain how this works. How can you capture traffic? How can you create your own “community”? How can you leverage the social media universe to benefit you?

Branding is one of the most important aspects of any business, large or small, retail or B2B. An effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly competitive markets. But what exactly does "branding" mean? How does it affect a small business like yours?  Simply put, your brand is your promise to your customer. It tells them what they can expect from your products and services, and it differentiates your offering from your competitors'. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.

All media buying consists of utilizing audience ratings information from each media to determine where to place an advertisement in that media along with the cost associated to that advertisement. We use our experience to match our client’s target audience with the product or service displayed in their advertising.

Behaviorally targeted display ads allow you to show up on different partner websites and multiple devices. Your ad is delivered to consumers based on demographic targets, interests, topics and/or keywords. We can also deliver your ad to consumers based on specific site placement. You are able to effectively reach those people most likely to be interested in your business, services and products as they navigate the world wide web.

Print advertising is a relevant, powerful medium for advertising. Consumers today are reached by newspapers, magazines, billboards, bus benches, direct mail, flyers, brochures and other forms of traditional print. This medium allows for a visual message to grab attention.

While satellite radio, iTunes, Spotify, and Pandora continue to grow in popularity, the number of people listening to local radio stations is still 93% of what it was five years ago. It is still a powerful medium if the media-buy is placed strategically and cost effectively. In the long-run when radio media-buys are bought properly, radio can be very effective advertising. Radio commercials come in various lengths, such as, :60, :30, and :15 seconds.

TV advertising reaches more people in a single day, week, or month, than any other traditional media. Television advertising offers visual effects and motion which introduce consumers to a business and remind them to contact the business again. When purchased strategically and cost-effectively, television advertising can be very affordable. Television commercials come in various lengths from :90, :60, :30, :15, :10, and even :05 seconds. Infomercials on television ranging from three (3) minutes to thirty (30) minutes are also effective on a direct-response basis.
